Broken Sewer Pipe Houston. A commercial building in Houston contacted Perma-Liner about a broken sewer pipe on their property. The broken sewer pipe had multiple 90 degree bends and was in very poor condition. Rehabilitation was needed immediately! A Houston Perma-Liner contractor was called out to scope the broken sewer pipe. After televising the line, the Houston contractor decided to use the Perma-Flex material as it would easily invert through the 90 degree bends. That same afternoon, the broken sewer pipe was rehabilitated for another 50+ years!
